Join Us On Our Rimfire GoFar Course, Designed Specifically For Rimfire Calibre Rifles

Rimfire GoFar Course is ideal for rookie marksmen with little or no prior instruction. We teach the fundamentals of operating a contemporary rimfire rifle/optic combo. Starting with gun safety, the course quickly covers equipment, marksmanship, ballistics, wind reading, range assessment, and 20–200 meter target engagements.

This course will give students a basic understanding of their equipment, rimfire rifle shooting concepts, and rigorous training methods for future progress.

This course requires a semiautomatic, bolt, or magazine rimfire rifle with a magnified optical sight that can accurately measure one minute of angle at 90m. A rifle has one minute of accuracy when it can regularly hit an intended target with a 2.5cm accuracy group at 90m from a bench rest or other shooting position.

Optimisation is the issue when scaling down a small calibre gun to match a larger one. Comparing flight paths and adjusting sights is tiresome, but the premise is simple: scale identical flight path shapes up or down. Although exact equivalency is impossible, the technique is effective for training.

The objective is to get you to the point where you can achieve the impact where you want it and understand how you achieved this rather than just going for blind luck!
